examples of a few:

horse demon

elephant demon

frog demon

Bull Demon

Fox spirit and so on…..

also there are many types of dragons, good and bad….each with a different role

also mistaken for a chinese dragon is the chinese lion, it was said it was made by combining all the chinese lucky animals along with loud drumming music to protect them from evil and scare off bad spirits. hence the lion dancing festivals you see to this day.
