What I’m having trouble with is why The Hubble Telescope can take pictures of galaxies far away in vivid quality and nothing of Pluto…ziltch, zip, nada!!!

you need to do some research on Pluto and know deeply about it then give your conclusion. If today our Pluto is not a planet then how was your research on which basis Pluto was declared as a planet in 1930.
My Dear Scientists stop debating on this Question whether Pluto must be a planet or not? So now it’s time to concentrate on your own work and don’t do foolish like activities.
