Many of these evil men created a climate or conditions where people lost their lives. They did not personally kill. In all seriousness…we must look at Iraq. 1 million people displaced, 400 000 killed….why? The reasons that were given were lies therefore they did it to suit their own private motivation. I`m almost prepared to give G W Bush a pass. I think Chaney killed, tortured and blew up a nation. He definitely deserves to be on this list. If he wants to get off he should some clean on why the US spent 1 trillion dollars it doesn’t have. Lost more lives than 911…for what…to make us all less safe. 400 000 families think and have proof…we are the devil!
