Nothing beats our good old street omelette in india with onions, tomatoes, capsicum and of course green chillis in it!
I couldn’t eat food beyond 4 days on my maiden trip to germany, HAD to cook. After a while, everything tastes so bland. surprisingly, the indian food I was dying for, gives outsiders a hard time in the lavatories. The wide spectrum that human food can have!!

In some countries like India, the rice still needs to be washed. When you wash the rice, you can see the sediments in the water. That is impure. I assume you are writing about some country where rice is available clean.
