You need 8 pumps of their Vanilla Syrup per 12oz. of heavy cream. You can buy entire bottles of the Vanilla Syrup from any store, just ask - they ran about $11 when I worked there. He has many recipes posted for free and you buy his books online or just one recipe at a time for .99 cents. Personally, I got all of my books either through eBay for just pennies or through www.paperbackswap.com. For other great copy-cat recipes just google restaurant recipes or copy-cat recipes. There are thousands of freebies out there. Use a site where people have tried and left reviews from their own experiments to save yourself any disappointment. Myself... I worked there for 3 years and most people don't know that the "Original Recipe" and the "Extra Crispy" use 2 different flour and spice mixes and the crispy is deep fried while the original is pressure cooked in oil.
