MSG is Mono Sodium Glutimate. It is a mineral. It is used regularly in Asian cooking. It has no taste of it’s own, but excites our taste buds to further enhance the flavour of whatever we are eating. MSG is found in cows milk and 8 times more in a human mother’s breast milk. There are those who will criticise MSG but they are otherwise ignorant or have anbother agenda. If you google MSG, you will find it has a few side effects, on a very small percentage of the population, as do peas and lactose (milk) and nuts etc.
