Haha I had a friend who was my enemy since 2nd grade and now, I am in Highschool, we are still enemies. Maybe never-lasting, But he was my bestfriend that time before our very own war.

Battle of Mohács
should be considered one of the shortest wars as lasted for 2 or 5 hours which was fought on August 29, 1526 near Mohács, Hungary. In the battle, forces of the Kingdom of Hungary led by King Louis II of Hungary and Bohemia were defeated by forces of the Ottoman Empire led by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent.

Jordan G, I guess then we need to define what defeat or victory in a war is. I think the Hizbullah-Israeli war was a defeat for the IDF and a victory for Hizbullah. Why? Because the Isreali army didn’t achieve any of its aims in that war. Yes, there was considerable damage to the infrastructure of south Lebanon and the casualty figures were definitely high on the Lebanon side but can Israel really claim victory in that war? I guess not.
