Also, the pronunciation for saudade is incorrect.  The first part, sau, is pronounced sow (as in pig b/c A is ah and U is oo) but the next two syllables are not correct: da is like dhah, it&#039;s like an aspirate D -- neither TH nor D; and de again is like dhay. 
Yes, Z in German is TS in English. 
Sehnsucht is closer to sen-sooght if you think of gh as a hard H (no G sound), harder than hissing.  Sorry, closest I can get.  Interesting word, not that common however rest are. ]]></description>
