Wownwhyndo people lookmhere if they don’t want a budget meal? Trust me it’s nice to have some new dishes, I make some good ones up but what a nice change! Hopefully budget meals onlynhave to streach a bit longer, although my son has learned t be very creative in the kitchen now that he is 19.. Thanks!!

Homemade mac and cheese is the best. A cheap meal I make is enchiladas which you can make a ton of and are good for quick dinners. I'm not sure how everyone else makes them but I get an 8 pack of tortillas (burrito sized $1.50), 2-3 cans of red sauce (.80 cents a piece), chicken breast ($6.00 for frozen pack of 6 and need only two pieces for this), Mexican blend cheese ($1.50), salsa and sour cream optional. So for $6.40 I get three days worth of enchiladas considering that they are burrito sized.
