Dick is not injured, Mark has a black eye. Dick is scared and calls police. Police find nothing wrong, talk to both Mark and Dick and have them shake hands. Dick is not satisfied and goes to University Conduct and files a complaint. Two weeks later University kicks Mark out of University Housing, but not Dick.
