When I saw this list I made my own list before looking any further.
The list is great but this is what I missed:
Hell's Grannies
Inspector Tiger
Literary Football Discussion
Vocational Guidance Counsellor
New Cooker Sketch
The Spanish Inquisition
Inspector Flying Fox of the Yard
It just goes to show how talented these guys are!

I just found this, 3 years late. Lots of great bits esp. Twit of the Year "Oh no! Nigel's getting excited!". A personal favorite is the researcher looking for cultaral similarities between two London neighborhoods, probably because that is the sort of TV show I like to watch anyway.
Another favorite is the hunters using dynamite and fishing with depth charges. Use a rod to catch fish? Where's the sport in that?

I'm a so-so Python fan. I enjoy it in small doses. But I always find the less popular skits funnier than the famous ones. For instance, I always thought the Dead Parrot skit was stupid and boring, but I love the skit where Chapman goes to his doctor with a fake nose to be fixed. He really only wanted to go on a camping trip with his doctor.

However, I do love "Upper Class Twit of the Year." I laugh no matter how many times I've seen it.

"Buying an Ant appeared in season four episode two. This was shortly after Cleese had left the troupe, allegedly due to the repetitive nature of much of the work and difficulty in working with an increasingly drunken Graham Chapman."

I really don't think that's true. Yes, Graham's drunkenness really bothered them all, especially John, but John Cleese left because he felt the show had reached its peak and he wanted to do something else.

That brings me to another thing. How the hell did Graham function at all being drunk? I've seen drunks. They can't stand up most of the time.
