The money element exists so bored rich people can keep score, rather than be charitable and spread the cash around. Money corrupts art. If the works of Jackson Pollock were a penny each we would be less inclined to say &#039;a child could have painted them&#039;. A child could not, but the criticism is levelled at the art due to the financial credentials it has been given by many, most of whom only see the painting as ownership of a badge saying &#039;look how rich I am&#039;. End of rant.]]></description>
