Some of these techniques may prove fatal…..But waiting for someone to die of shock or asphyxiation will get you killed…..Folks, striking someone on the bridge of the nose WILL NOT kill them. The bones of the nose are tiny and fragile, you will tear apart the nasal sinuses but not kill anyone. That is for the movies….Most people who die after this strike are actually dying from another injury, with sufficient force you can cause a brain trauma. BUT it is NOT from the nasal bones and sufficient force to any part of the head can cause a fatal brain injury BUT may also break your hand. A strongman’s strike to the heart? Anyone can kill someone with a strike to the sternum, but some people are easier to kill than others….If you catch the person at the right time, you can irreversibly break the hearts rhythm, killing them. ALSO, if the person has a xiphoid process at the base of their sternum, an upward strike to that will push it up into the heart.

It takes 8lbs. of force to crush the trachea resulting in a fairly slow death do to asphyxia. If more fore is use the subject will die faster. A blow of some 20-25lbs is sufficient to crush the trachea and snap the subjects neck in a single deft strike. Tactics like these are use by members of the armed forces namely the special forces and navy seals. The goal of performing a strike like this is to kill with minimal to no noise made. Taking a life is a heavy matter and should alwys be the last resort. But if you must take a life then be efficient in your actions and decisive in you resolve to do so.
