I was reading this and thinking “yeah, the Joker HAS to be #1 in here, that dude rocks!” and then I see that he’s only #3 and I think “WTH!? WHO? WHO IS BETTER THAN THE JOKER!? Who would be cooler and more evil to take #1 away from the Joker!?” I then scroll down to #1, see that it’s Hannibal and then I think…”On second thought…nevermind.” >_> Yeah, that dude makes the Joker look like an amatuer. Can’t believe I almost forgot about Hannibal of all villains!

None of the 10 would make my list.
My #1 would most likely be the Kurgan (Clancy Brown in Highlander)
Then, maybe (can’t remember all great villains in an instant), the flying obese baron from Dune, Mr Blonde (M. Madsen in Reservoir Dogs), a couple of Klaus Kinski’s performances, the sheriff from Unforgiven, Sentenza (L. van Cleef in the Good, the Bad and the Ugly), Brick Top (from Snatch), Donald Sutherland in 1900 (whatever the character’s name was), Kitano Takeshi in Battle Royale, Victor (J. Reno in Nikita), Dennis Hopper in Waterworld (just because he made me laugh so much), Magneto in any X-Men movie, Thulsa Doom (from Conan), and many more to whom I apologise.

Now, in a list of the lamest villains, I’d definitely put Darth Vader somewhere.
Not many female villains in my list, I notice…
