First of all Jason should have been higher on the list than Freddy. Secondly, Jack Nicholsons Joker was just Nicholson playing Nicholson. Heath Ledgers Joker was Ledger becoming The Joker.

Amon Goeth (Ralph Fiennes) from Schindler’s List I feel deserves a place in this list, or at least on a sequel list.

Or does he not count (because he was a real person). Or is he just not evil enough? Cause I thought he was pretty evil.

one person has mentioned agent smith… one, i cant believe it, hes one of the greatest villains of all times, and how come noone mentioned scarface. and just to say it “josh” DISNEY VILLAINS ARE NOT VILLAINS
dr. hannibal lecter is a great choice but he is not really a villain
