Marilyn Monroe,  Angelina Jolie, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, and Oprah Winfrey? Hardly; Kirchner is a second rate president, enept at running her country and like previous governments uses the Falklands dispute to distract the country from its woes. The other lot are celebrates, tallented in their field but can hardly be compared to the likes of people like Elisabeth I and Mother Teresa who failed to make the list.]]></description>
