I think Geronimo shouldn,t be counted as a great chief he had his own people killed. That goes for the women and the children he gottened murdered. As far as chiefs go I think chief joseph and Crazy Horse did there best.

good to see Natives on any list. just want to say the Oglalas get too much press lol, add Spotted Tail (Sinte Gleska) he was key in saving what was left of our culture and one of the first victims of the tribal police. dont really hear much about my band of the Lakota, the Sicangu.

Your photo of Cochise is a gross mistake. The photo you show is Eskiminizim of the Aravaipa Apaches. There never was a photo of Cochise taken. There are drawings and paintings of him made from descriptions by people who knew him.
