you must heard movie as named “20,000 leagues under the sea”. its about a deadly fighter submarine and you must know that in that era the submarine was just an unbelievable imagination only. no one can believe that this type of machine can ever be, but now you must aware of these type of machines.

SO THE THING IS IT DOESNT MATTER THAT YOU BELIEVE OR NOT.

Yea, We used these in my ***** therapy Practice like spots you hold stress, just target that Chakra so the body is in balance…but this goes a lil further than that! lol I agree, alil silly…

I’m surprised a therapist would firstly word his thoughts in such a way, and secondly be so ignorant into thinking that chakras have nothing to do with modern day psychology, hell they are the BASIS of modern day psychology- it sums up that human emotions, conflict and metaphysical capabilities are evident in 7 parts, and also how parts react and relate to each other. i have done no work on psychology what so ever, yet i know this…just wondering- ddid you fail that said test?

well you ppl might condecend the chakras and everthing but thats whats expected from u although i have to say that some the comments posted here are quite creative but in yoga term there are many chakras the root being the loest from of chakra among human beings but highest among animals and activation of crown chakra through meditation of other form of concentration yields great power and wisdom great ppl who had activated their crown chakras are like oj JESUS,KRISHNA,BUDDHA to name the famous

Wow, so much negativity, especially from the pro-science crowd and the crowd.
I'm pro-science, and not religious, but I get a great deal from chakra meditation. It helps me feel energised, focused and can help me relax. Some people take it very seriously, some don't, so what? If it can benefit people, what's the big deal? It's not the be-all and end-all of the psyche, so if you know that then why crap on other people's parade, especially if it helps people to identify their problems and deal with them?
