Dont forget the flying machines they used to trade across the globe, the microscopes they used to create microscopic metal art, the light bulbs they had that have been found burning for over 5000 years, the lasers they used to make huge thousand mile tunnels throughout the world or the anti gravity machines they used to lift thousand ton stones up mountains. These have all been found or have been mentioned in ancient stories and can’t be explained. Read dead mens secrets and you’ll see that ancient man was pretty modern.

This list is rubbish. I should assume that Greeks and Romans are the only two ancient civilizations who gave us everything? The fact is that Egyptian civilization was much more advanced, and so were the Chinese and the Indians. Romans mostly took for the Greeks, who took for the Egyptians.

i’m pretty sure the picture for #9 is not an odometer but a chinese invention called the south pointing carriage. The man on the top always points south no matter how you turn the bottom portion of it. it in fact does not use a compass but is based purely on gear mechanisms (one must set it to south initially though).
