The diet industry profits billions of dollars each year but America is still grossly overweight because we are lazy and are looking for an easy way out. Do yourself a favor and do it the right way. I go to a weight loss doctor, and I'm not even considered overweight(anymore). I am about 5'2'' and 125. I would like to get to 110 eventually. My doctor perscribed the ephedrine and chromium to me so I can lose weight, along with a natural thyroid supplement (since my thyroid doesnt work at all). I like that he helped me before I became obese. I think its stupid that most doctors that specialize in weight loss only help those who are highly obese. Obesity runs in my family and I think its better for the problem to be nipped in the bud. I also had to take a couple classes on healthy eating before I got my pills. He stressed PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN! It keeps you full. Anything that will dissolve in a glass of water is probably really fattening (a doughnut, bread, sugar, etc).
