Was thinking of this when I was reading the list and was surprised to not see it on here at all (especially that it wasn’t one of the higher-ranked ones near the #1 spot) due to it’s long scenes of monotony or inactivity, and even it’s “intense scenes” are rather bland.

I would like to nominate The Blair Witch Project. Not at all scary to me, and was basically just people breathing heavily into a camcorder.
