Angela Landsbury in The Manchurian Candidate, Yes, she was scary. She also played the lead in Murder She Wrote. Such a sweet lady. Hard to reconcile the two.

lol…audition scarred me for life…no joke. those huge ass needles gave me the creeps…and also helped to fuel my terrible phobia of them! misery was also terrifying..that foot scene was horrible!! carrie…her mom is pretty damn scary…but so is that crucifix in the closet…plus the hand that rocks the cradle was pretty good too.

Louise Fletcher was the best thing about the “Flowers in the Attic” movie. The movie totally sucked.I thought the grandmother was more terrifying in the book.
