For the girls there's romance, great tear-jerking moments (the final scene always leaves me crying), and a great story. For the guys, there's blood and murder, Demi Moore in really skimpy clothes (whether you like her or hate her, her clothes definitely appeal to the guys), and genuine Halloween-ish moments.
