I addition – adding my two cents I would like to see an updated version of the story of Jason and his Argonauts and their quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece and also a better version of Stephen King’s ‘The Stand’ (although I did enjoy the mini-series) although I hear this is in development at the moment, fingers crossed they get it right!

I’m sure someone else has already pointed this out but there are a lot of comments here and my desire to get involved has overidden my need to read to the bottom I’m afraid! Sharks in Venice has been made into a movie already…unfortunately its terrrrible though – I’m sorry to say! I am a great fan of a good old shark yark and was hideously dissapointed with this one, great shame really cause its not difficult to get this sort of movie that wrong!

I for one would love to see a “12 tasks of Hercules” movie, or something to that regard. Only interested however if Hollywood can get over themselves and make it actually historically accurate. Boy isn’t that a notion? The fact that they take it upon themselves to rewrite history and mythology in order to dumb it down is insulting. Clash of the Titans and Immortals would have been some of the greatest movies of all time if they had stuck true to the mythology, rather then alter it and water it down with re-invented garbage. As it stands, the original 1970′s version of Clash of the Titans is still the best mythology based movie of all time, due to it’s historical accuracy.

There are movies about the following musical composers : Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, Wagner, Chopin, Grieg, Strauss, Liszt and probably oodles of others. So why has there never been a movie made about the life of the greatest composer who ever lived……..Johann Sebastian Bach !!!
