Um… The first year Prohibition was lifted crime dropped the lowest it had been in thirty years- and not just one or two speicific types of crime; murder, theft, drunk driving, assault, etc.

Yes, I think it should be legal so that the law can stop nit picking at people and worry about whats really goin on and focus on murder and child molesting that is what the big focus should be on

Some drugs should be legal. ***** and many entheogens, but the thing to remember is some people are incapable of making an informed decision. And if people are hooked on harder drugs they may be incapable of contributing anything to society, and what you end up with is a whole bunch of people on welfare becuase they can't work. And that's where the tax money will end up.

***** should be legalized, without any restrictions surrounding sale growth or possesion. And should be used medicinally and recreationally.
Psylicibin mushrooms should also be legalised, at least then controlled conditions can be created to ensure that the mushrooms taken are non toxic. LSD should probably also be lagalised, although people should definitely think about whether or not to take it thoroughly. DMT should be legal, as it is present in all peoples' brains anyway, and may help us understand the nature of conciousness. I'm still undecided about MDMA, as there are dangers, but having said that, alchohol is legal, so why not?
Heroine, Crack, Methamphetamine and cocaine should stay illegal.
