I wonder if the most evil man in the world was one that was around before writing and therefore we have no record of him. Just a speculation. I would have to say that the most evil man in the world would have to be whoever taught hitler or Stalin or whomever you guys are saying. If they had had different teachers and role models, things would have turned out differently.

In my opinion the most evil men come from the evilest country in the modern world, this country is run by it’s bankers inlcuding, JOHN D. ROCKEFELLER & WILLIAM ROCKEFELLER, whom are stone cold dead today, thank god, but their evil ancestors still live today. Their ancestors still pull the strings of the presidents, including GEORGE W BUSH, the most idiotic man alive, and OBAMA, although obama attempts to run the country himself, he still doesn’t own the fed reserve, and never will. IRAQ is innocent, the twin towers owned by the ROCKEFELLERS, was a planned trickory to send america into war, so the ROCKEFELLERS would earn more money selling reserves.

in my opinion, Vlad is the most evil because he enjoyed killing people more than anyone else. And your wrong about Stalin. He didn’t cause the most deaths in history, and it isn’t Mao either. It is Lenin. Lenin started communism, which has taken the lives of 100 million to 140 million people. And some of those people have infuleenced non-communist tyrants like Pol Pot. Stalin, Mao, Kim Sung,Pol Pot, Ceausescu,etc would not have been in power if it wasn’t for Lenin.
