L.West was formerly with the University of CA, & Nazi/CIA. Project MK-Ultra on mind-control experiments and psyche drug medications from an individual named Eric Cunningham Dax. There was another person involved named Patsey Hurst. If anyone has information to share for me, I would appreciate the help.
