Nick Nack was Scaramonga's henchman. Sorry, folks. However, here are my picks for laamest villians:

General Orlov – forgot about him, eh? Well, he's forgettable.

Eric Trevelyan – Didn't even like him in the Goldeneye video game.

Li Chiffre – C'mon. Does anyone REALLY think Maxwell Smart couldn't take this guy?

Kamal Khan – Lame from the first frame.

Renard – 'Nuff Said!

Elliot Carver, Gustav Graves, Max Largo – Tied for Lamest villians EVER!

Haven't seen Quantum of Solace yet, so I have no opinion on Dominic Greene.

Never Say Never Again is NOT an official Bond movie. It was made by Fox, not MGM. When I think of Largo, I think of Thunderball, not that disastrous remake.

And Elliot Carver was a great villain! In my opinion anyway…

I beg to differ in a few counts:

Nick-Nack: not a villain per se. Or at least not a main villain.

Max Largo No2 – true, true but he would have had potential. If only they would have allowed the character to kick arse a little more (sortta like Walkens Zorin).

Renard – definitly a epic waste of potential. I was looking forward to JB going up against a human terminator but Renard became lamer by the minute.

Speaking of Frenchmen: yes, Kamal was a sleeping pill – BUT nothing compared to the last villain. Dominic Greene deserves to top this list as the LAMEST Bond villain until now! The guy was about as threatening as Roman Polanski on Viagra-withdrawal. And let’s not forget that threatening eye-popping – they might well have casted Jack Black as Blofeld!

Cool list. It just goes to show that the movie franchise can never be compared to the quality of Ian Fleming’s original novels. I mean, in the book version of Moonraker, Hugo Drax was a great villain! And don’t get me started on that Rodger Moore. He almost killed the true character of James Bond, and thank goodness he didn’t!

I quite liked Hugo Drax and didn’t think Renard was that bad. Correct choice for number one.
