While I can’t deny that Echoes, ATM, Us and Them and Wish You Were Here are by far not just awesome Pink Floyd songs, but also rock classics, some of the songs listed here… Well, no, they aren’t bad at all (I think there’s no such thing as an even “slightly mediocre” Pink Floyd song), but come on! As far as I love Fat Old Son, The Gnome, On the Turning Away and etc., they have no possible comparasion to masterpieces like Money, The Great Gig in the Sky, Brain damage/Eclipse, High Hopes, Sheep, The Fletcher Memorial, Astronomy Domine, Careful With That Axe Eugene, Cymbaline, What do You Want From Me and well… Pretty much any song from The Wall.

If you took a few from the list and called it “10 best obscure Pink Floyd songs” I would certainly agree. There are many unknown Pink Floyd songs (The Atom Heart Mother composition itself is extremley underrated) who are brilliant and just sadly never got to the mainstream… But just because of that, you don’t need to discard the “big giants”.
How can you call this a “Best Floyd songs” list wihout ANYTHING from The Wall? Yes, I understand many people may not share my opinion that the entire The Wall deserves to be on the list, but come on, not even Comfortably Numb, Run Like Hell, Young Lust or Another Brick in the Wall?!
