Good list, I’m also glad you mostly stayed out of Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall, they are probably the 2 most common albums people know of and although the songs on there are fantastic, there’s others out there which are equally as good just not as well known. Really glad to see On The Turning Away on the list. I’m sick of lists that just feature Time, Money and basically everything off the wall.

Wish You Were Here? Really? It’s not really that great. It’s just another four-chord song with pretty good lyrics. It’s better than most songs like that, but still doesn’t compare to any other Floyd songs. I personally would put either Us and Them or Comfortably Numb, or Echoes, but anything over WYWH. If you like it, cool, but any emo teenager with 2 months of guitar experience good make something like it.

I have a trivia note to offer seeing that “Dogs” is on the list from their “Animals” album. Also on that album is the song entitled “Pigs (Three Different Ones)”. One of the lines of the lyrics is “You F***ked Up Old Hag, Ha Ha, Charade you are”. The Hag is in reference to a British woman named Mary Whitehouse who was a morality campaigner. She had a very negative view of Pink Floyd whom she thought to be promoting ***** and drugs.
