And to those preaching the elimination of multiculturalism, racism is not the answer. You ARE racist. Because you fail to understand that NOBODY chooses their own genetic makeup (there being only a 6% genetic difference between all ethnicities), you also fail to put yourself in other people’s shoes and perhaps try to perceive how your life and your mind would be shaped if you had been born into something else, and not be stuck inside the bigoted cocoon in which you dwell. How does “assimilation” help anybody? You know who assimilates? The Borg. Nobody wants to be a borg. Getting someone to fit into your little comfort zone of a culture is doing exactly as these specimens of men causing the harm to women are doing with their religions and their cultures, except in a more disorganized and vague manner. removing some of the more undesirable traits of someone’s culture does not have to mean making them like you. you preach individuality but you can’t understand that not everybody wants to have all of your western traits, and it doesn’t make them backward. I personally hate the idea of constant alcohol consumption, the taste of beer, THE SICK PORNOGRAPHY you so lovingly defend (have you SEEN some of the shit on the internet lately?…provided by yes, WESTERN countries…..would you call it CIVILIZED?), the tedious quest for money, the american dream which is nothing but having a mortgage in some filthy suburb and having kids that hate you. a substandard education, working for a company whose executives make $17, 000 an HOUR whilst you make 10, then being proverbially raped in the arse by the banks they have investments in (fair trade my arse). the sexed up advertising aimed towards children making you buy something you don’t need, and degrading women in the process. the oppressive class-based hole you’ve been shoved into but don’t realise it until you’re 85 and aren’t allowed to keep the house you’ve been paying for your entire life because some bank you trust your retirement fund to says it’s an irrelevant asset. so much individuality and choice that you don’t even realise you’re exactly the same as everybody else pining after the exact same thing that has never and will never have any meaning. what a disgusting state of affairs. what a gross accumulation of wealth where someone eats so much that they can’t move and there’s more fat in their smallest toe than someones child at the opposite end of the planet eats in a year. you’re not perfect, and i guarentee that multiculturalism and somebody else’s refusal to be like you is going to affect this.
