I remember the great dance work of James Cagney, who had a way of walking with his chest stuck out and his head held high, he just always made me feel good about being an American.
I remember the songs from that movie, “Give my regards to Broadway”, “Yankee Doodle Dandy”, “Grand Old Flag”, “Harrigan”, “45 minutes to Broadway” and so many more.
A wonderful movie.

The movie is incredibly corny by modern standards, but it has a lot of great humor, and there’s no doubt that it’s very patriotic.
