I’ve been a member of BOTA for 20 years. That video is a strange choice – do they even discuss BOTA? I couldn’t get through it. It does not remotely represent BOTA. I’d replace it with a link to the official website maybe. Also BOTA does not consider itself a religion, rather a mystery school. There are other similar mystery schools.

i go to an aladura church (4).. and everything written up there is pretty much bollocks. fistly, the video is a re-enactment, not the real thing. secondly, the religion is not “mixed” with any african beleifs. the religion did infact originate from the anglican church, but it is an independent african church. thirdly, the church has about 6million followers all over the world. what is written up there is very much outdated. no rituals are allowed. and whatever we do has to be instructed by the bible; it must’ve been done before we do it.

Jainism is atheist religion and doesn’t believe in supreme god or any other gods. They worship Jain gurus as equivalent to gods. They consider all souls of living beings are considered to be godly equivalent.
