Why is religion bizarre? It has been practiced by every culture since the beginning of humankind and has been so integrated into human philosophy/way of life that it is anything but bizarre

Well, whoever lives "in" the moon, might be dead.

I hope it is not God himself...

The US bombed it !

We don't have enough problems here on earth, we have to go bomb the moon. That has to be wicked.

The virtual reality universe is not just provable, it’s proven (philosophically at least). Look up something called "ancestor simulation theory". To summarize, mankind will advance technologically until we are capable of producing computer simulations of our history with individual autonomous programs thinking they are people and acting accordingly within the simulation. These will be used to test hypotheses and examine how our societies and cultures developed for historical research. The only assumption is that we will develop the computers capable of this at some stage in the future, even if its hundreds of years from now. If we believe this we must accept we are probably not real people. We will produce not one, but many of these simulations and given that there is only one real universe and many simulations the chances of any one person being real, rather than simulated are small. Add the possibility that the “people” in the simulation could develop their own simulations and the odds of being a real person drop even further. You and I are most probably a computer generated simulation of a computer generated simulation of a computer generated simulation of a real person who died thousands of years ago. Cool huh!

well the one ranked this may be an atheist. i am not here to judge the author but probably to criticize his criteria. i in some extent believe in a God but i do like criticizing any form of organized religion formed by man for i view it subjected to flaws. i view faith as something personal and not community base that you have to agree with your neighbor. but i dont deem it bizaare. religion is necessary for the next person to you to not just stab you if you bump on him, or for a man to just rape your young daugnter, or for someone to just take your clothes off and steal it. religion gives the world order. the concept of the law of countries or civilizations originated from the laws of religions.

On the Topic of Number 4: Healing Thoughts. It has been proven by scientific experiments headed by Deepak Chopra that your state of mind effects 100% of all the cells within your body. It is not a "PLACEBO EFFECT" simply quantum physical fact. THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.

I don't usually make comments but I have to say, this list was incredibly disappointing. The title claims that you actually provide facts, but you not. Don't make lists if you aren't prepared to do the work to prove your claims.
