June 30, 1891 – d. August 8 1966, age 74). He had an estimated 6,200 Wrestling Matches and lost only 33. He was the Wrestler who created The “Sleeperhold”. Wrestled for 37 years and made his debut on July 18th, 1905 (at only age 14 !!) and retired from the ring on March 4, 1942 at age 46. He was 5’11″ tall and weighed 265 lbs. After wrestling, he went on to manage another legend of the Wrestling ring Lou Thesz. A 4 time World Wrestling Champion.
