This video was very convincing and I have even greater respect for most of the animals shown. Those Damm mosquitos however, they are a creation of species that have no positive role in our environment. Fortunately the winged bat allows their population to decrease a small amount. It is said a bat will eat up to 1000 mosquitoes per night in the peak season. GOOD List. Thanks ListVerse!

First, the Hippo is responsible for more human deaths in Africa than the Cape Buffalo. I made a trip to Africa about 10 years ago and found this out. Locals are absolutely TERRIFIED of hippos. They call them 'Big Punishers' because of their ruthlessness. Its insane to leave this animal off the list.

Anon, are you the Zodiac killer?

Also, WTF is someone doing letting their baby crawl next to a freakin' Cobra? That's just bad parenting. :)

Cool fact: Daddy Long Legs spiders have the deadliest venom of any spider. However, since their mouths are so small they are unable to bite human flesh, hence making them harmless to humans. In fact, if I see one in my house, I let it alone as they are wonderful at killing any other bugs that are in the house, including other spiders.

Absoltuely rubbish. I enjoy this site, but this list has no reserach involved and is full of errors. The videos are amateurish, often repeating the same clip, and showing the wrong animal (such as showing Nile crocodiles instead of Saltwater crocodiles).

How can a frog with no method of injecting venom be a top 10 deadly animal? I'm sure you would be hard pressed to find a recorded fatality, despite its potent poison. Have you not heard of blue ring octupi, cone shells, stone fish, lion fish, sea snakes etc.

Brown bears are far more deadly than polar bears due to there proximity to people, and there are much more recorded fatalities.

Mosquitos do not kill people, the microbes they carry do.

I'm sure more people have died from dogs and farm animals than most of the beasts on this list.

Terrible. Do some research next time.
