There are loads of so called ‘warm’ beers (served at room temperature) and they are very popular. As a member of CAMRA (campaign for Real Ale) I strongly disagree with the statement that ordering such a beer would raise eyebrows. I don’t know what bars yopu conducted research at (poncy London wine bars?) but in any real pub you will find real ale.

The weather changes are (as far as I know) due to the location of getting the gulf stream which actually fluctuates around britain. So during winter the gulf stream bends south away from britain which causes the cold weather and rain becuase we no longer recieve the warm air from the gulf of mexico. whilst in summer it bends north again over britain causing the nice warm summers, hell we even had drought.

Whilst Britian isnt a country blah blah blah …… try including Wales in that list of actual countries that make up Britain. The rest is like saying people from france walk around in stiped onion clad jerseys with berets and pencil thin moustaches, i found the list insulting rather than informative proberly started off by forgetting my wonderful country (princapality) but you dont forget northern ireland yer bravo

I am Brazilian and I never drink coffee, because I don’t like its taste at all. Instead I drink tea a lot. And that is very uncommon here in Brazil, either the fact that I don’t drink coffee, either also the fact that I drink lots of tea. Of course there are others like me here, but we are the exception, as people who do not like tea in England

This list is so bad. In Britain we do have dialects, and are not merely bordering upon them as this list suggesting. The NHS is always free at point of use, and will provide for long term injury or illness. AND Scottish money is legal tender and pound sterling and therefore legitimate currency, all despite what this article tells us.

i guess thats just one of the things Brits have to deal with. Like “Americans always eat hamburgers and are fat”. it really does suck :/ but just know that there are some reasonable people that won’t believe everything they here.
