yes. #6 is one of the best docs ive ever seen. amazing that after sooo many years theyve FINALLY been set free. im a huge advocate for the WM3. they deserve their freedom. the evidence clearly points AWAY from those 3 now grown men. one id like to mention, a doc called Dope Sick Love that i saw on HBO quite a few years back. i cannot remember who filmed it but it is gutwrenching. the addicted lives of these couples are so real & raw. partly because its extremely sad & partly because..i can identify somewhat. a must see. it wont disappoint.

If you liked "Catfish" then you should really check out "Talhotblond", if you haven't already. While I also enjoyed "Catfish", "Talhotblond" does a better job of telling a much more interesting story.
And it doesn't come off as staged as "Catfish" sometimes did.

The only one I've seen from this list is "Capturing the Friedmans", and I'm so glad to see it on here! It was a truly riveting documentary -- not to mention disturbing (both in the Friedmans' crimes and the unreasonable denial by the other members of the family).

The other choices... Meh, some entries reaked of liberal bias to me, but whatever.

"The Devil's Playground" was really good, surprised me because I always thought Amish teenagers were weird but after watching this and seeing them party and smoke pot and hearing there struggles... it feels like you can understand their world. Check it out, it's really interesting.

Amen.
That movie scared me away fom christianity.
The best scene was when the lady was blessing people with holy water from a nestle water bottle. Heaven at $.20 a bottle!

There are 2 that I think you should have included:

1. Every Fucking Day of My Life:
a documentary about a woman who is on trial for killing her husband who abused her and her children every day(hince the title). I've only watched it once but it really changes my mind on the question: "Are some murders justified?"

2. Boy Interupted:
This is a documentary/biography of a teenager who committed suicide. It talks about his life and his family's life surounding his suicide. It brings light to teenage depression and how it not only affects the person who does it but also everyone connected to the event.

I hate Michaell Moore. All of his documentaries show one specific side of a subject. For example, Sicko; he talks about free healthcare in other countries... Well I recently read a article about nice places to retire and one of the places had free healthcare but it even recommended that people buy healthcare because the public hospitals aren't adequate enough for the public to take use of.
He is a asshole but I pride him in the fact that he can trick millions of people into closing their mind too one specific idea. He has created 100s of ignorant teenagers in American high schools.
