It does not look really like this. This one look that way because he's swelling, usually the appearence is much more average, just a bit thinner than usual for a shark.

A healthy frilled shark in its natural habitat looks nothing like that one (which is about to die, and swelling due to being closer to the surface). It's just a somewhat tinly and skinny shark, but not that weird at all.
