Male chickens have testicles. They may be called roosters (the male chicken, not the testicles) but they are still chickens.

The blood soup can also be found in the Philippines and it is called ‘dinuguan’ which literally means ‘bloodied’. It is, however, made from pork blood and pork organs or pork meat. Well, it’s more like stew than soup but the description and appearance are the same.
