The Peter Schiff picture makes me cry. He's almost a spitting image of my nephew except my nephew is blond. It's so sad, so mind numbingly awful what happened to Anne and Peter and all the people whose lives and dreams were destroyed by that Nazi insanity.

I wonder why #5 is considered a 1848 photo if the description clearly says it was taken in May 1849? Or is May 1849 just the date it was developed?

The Peter Schiff photo was quite sad. It was really good to see what Phineas Gage looked like having studied his case in psychology. Can I say he was a bit hot?

Great list, I especially love the picture of Phinaeus Gage when we studied him in psychology I always wondered what he looked like and he was quite handsome!

Thats not the only photo of Phineas Gage. Another was found with his relatives after that story ran.

haha, cool list! I loved the pictures! I always wondered what Anne Frank’s boy-frned looked like! I especially liked the picture of Florence Nightingale and Anne Sullivan with Helen Keller. Very nice.
