I’ve been able to gleek on purpose for as long as i can remember, i had no idea loads of people can’t. You can do it 2 ways, create a dome with your tongue digging the tip of it into the front glands then create a vacuum by sucking with your mouth closed. Alternatively you can create a vacuum and run the tip of your tongue back and forth along the glands.
