One of the smartest gamblers I've met is Phil Rao from Ct, while playing poker in downtown Las Vegas @ El Cortz Casino he seem to always have a neck for reading peoples hands, I ask him to show my wife and I how to play other games? he tolfd me to follow him to the Roulette table only to watch him win about 10 of 15 spins, he had a great system! then it was off to the Craps table, he spread money everywhere, we where lost. rolled the dice hard, they hit the back wall and almost came back to him, hit a 7 - 6x straight, then had a 9 as his point, we played the field bet with him, he's one of the best I've seen in the Downtown Vegas. stick with him your chance of winning money is pretty good. The best thing about him, he don't cheat! he's a very friendly guy, we learned a lot. Thanks Phil
your friends George and Patty from Fla. hope to see you again next year?

"It can be concluded that the U.S. has a bit more of a gambling culture than other countries because it is home to Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and multiple other gambling cities and towns."

Dude, WTF? There are whole nations where gambling is legal everywhere, not just in some provinces or cities.

I started watching Breaking Vegas back in 2008-09.
It's hard to believe the balls, drive, enthusiasm and dedication to pull off these heists. I believe there are a couple of articles missing on the list. One is of a man who worked for the Gaming Board who was a programmer and he stated the video slots are not random. Another is of a man named Richard Volk who was murdered because he had info
