Hello everyone. You are sharing really interesting information here. As for me, I am fond of history and especially the American Civil War. From the information I got from http://www.pdfok.com/american-civil-war some of the facts are really worth highlighting to a greater extent. For example, I after reading your article here, I was a bit surprised that in fact, Sedgwick's reputation was that of a solid, dependable, but relatively unaggressive general. He was well-liked by his soldiers, who referred to him affectionately as "Uncle John". His death was met by universal sorrow; even Robert E. Lee expressed his sadness over the fate of an old friend. George G. Meade wept at the news. Ulysses S. Grant characterized Sedgwick as one who "was never at fault when serious work was to be done" and he told his staff that the loss for him was worse than that of an entire division. John Sedgwick is buried near his birthplace of Cornwall Hollow, Connecticut. An equestrian statue honors him and the VI Corps at Gettysburg National Military Park.
I am sure we must know our history better, it will help us in future.

I feel like the biggest coincidence was missed here. The Civil War officially started and ended at the same man's house! He moved from the first house after the beginning of the war to get away from the fighting and his new house was used to sign the treaty that people consider as having ended the war (although it was technically only the surrender of certain units and fighting continued elsewhere for months).
