Listverse on BBC Television
Published on August 16, 2008 - 21 Comments
I returned today from a short holiday at the beach to discover (via kreachure on the forums) that the site was featured on the international BBC television program “Click”. This is quite a thrill and so I thought I should share it with everyone here. You can use the link below to select your choice of bandwidth to view the entire show. We are featured at around 22 minutes.

I watched it. I think she did a really good job. She obviously did her homework on the site. The radio hosts only read the front page, Click actually clicked around the site. Great job to them. Oh and it started for me just after the 21 minute.

Excellent promo. Couldn’t have been better had you paid for it. My maternal breast is swelling with pride.

Congratulations on getting on the show! I’m from the Isle of Lewis in Scotland and I’ve been a listverse-lover for ages now. I was delighted when I saw the site finally getting the recognition it has earned on click.
Well done jfrater!

700 lists now!?! I started coming here when there was only about 20, maybe 20. Found it through gorillamask.net, but don’t go there anymore, its stuff from everywhere else. The first list I really remember was about bizarre video, then you added a couple more bizarre video lists. But the one that freaked me out the most was that video “Begotten”. Creeeppyy, Jamie, really creeppy. That is what got me coming back for more, the obscure and bizarre is what did it for me. Keep up the good work Jamie!

After a good read through of about 20 of your lists I managed to kill over 3 hours and not a moment was dull.

I love this website, but I have only recently decided to comment. I cant believe some of the comments you get. People really have to think about what their saying.

‘Tis how i found LV too…
I’m a regular viewer of “Click” and even tho it’s rarely longer than 20 minutes, I find it one of the most informed and witty shows of its ilk. The Webscape segment always features at least one site that’s worth a look…
Congrats to JF for the exposure…
