1. By submitting this list, you agree that Jamie Frater (representing Listverse) has the full right to publish this list when and if he sees fit, and you agree that you are the author of this list.
2. You agree that once your submitted list is published on listverse.com, Jamie Frater (representing Listverse.com) becomes the sole owner of all copyright and rights related to the list content.
3. These terms include all rights of publication on the Internet or any other form of media including but not exclusively books, magazines, and newspapers.
4. When you click submit, you agree that you have voluntarily transferred all rights relating to the content to Jamie Frater (representing Listverse).
Author Attribution
5. Unless you check the "do not publish my name" checkbox, your submitted list will be published with your name attributed to it. This will be visible to all
readers of Listverse. If you do not wish to have your name published, your username will be used instead.
Writing a List
6. Include an introductory paragraph for the list
7. Write between 100 - 200 words per item
8. Optionally include links to youtube clips or image URLs if appropriate
What Not to Do
9. Send us a list you didn't write yourself
10. Send a list you modified or copied from another website or book
11. Send titles only - these are never published
