Another Friday rolls around, and with it comes another comedy list. Every reporter’s worst nightmare is a major goof during a live show. I am surprised this is not on the list. Pretty famous. The reporter falling while stomping grapes… I feel bad for her but the noises are hard not to laugh about.
The grape stomping is so good I have added it as a bonus.

A long time ago, sometime back when Clinton was president, I was watching a weather newscast in Jacksonville, FL. There was a hurricane approaching (I don’t remember the name) and the weatherman referred to it as “Hurricane Hilary”. I wish I could find that – no one believes me!

This poor weatherman got diarrhea big time and had to stop in the middle of the forecast to run to the bathroom. He was struggling.

Um…why would anyone with tourettes go into reporting?! These were all really funny, and I’m glad to see grapestomp made the bonus, its one of my favorites. =)

The people that read the List Universe are pretty hip. So many of you probably have already seen this. This is my all time favorite. (Even better than the Grape lady) My daughter and I watched this 100 times and laughed harder each time.

I remember seeing the weatherman deliver his forecast for snow and cut back to him and the female reporter for the crosstalk at the end.
Woman says, “Oh is it going to snow this weekend? Its my best friends wedding.” Weatherman says, “Yes but it shouldnt be that bad only a few inches.” Woman says, “Well I got 8 inches on my honeymoon.” And the places goes wild with laughing cameramen in the background and the anchors in tears. My major was in TV news and I still have the blooper tape of our daily live shows, what a goldmine.
Hey what about that Australian news presenter who bad-mouthed her husband to her co-worker, not realising that the commercials had cut and she was back on the air. The ratings greatly increased the next night

I remember seeing a show of tv bloopers. One clip showed a reporter interviewing a yachting captain named “Gordon Johncock”. She stumbled over the name and they had to re-shoot. Unfortunately, “Gordon Johncock” is the sort of name that once you start getting it wrong, you keep getting it wrong.
Just as well Ian Fleming didn’t chose that name!
